Rachel Taylor will share the importance of reframing your thoughts on impacting the climate of your school or classroom.  This session will focus on the personal mindset of the teacher 

in setting the tone of the atmosphere.

He holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and has worked as an educator. Jay has a deep passion for helping people see their professions as a calling. He believes in the meaningful impact of faith on professional life and is dedicated to inspiring others to integrate the values of their faith into their work.
